For the coming 2011 Christmas, we use the following 2 shipping methods:

• Free Shipping: Hong Kong Post / Swiss Post (10-25days or more)
• Express Delivery: EMS, DHL, UPS or FedEx

For Free Shipping:

Recommended time to buy: before December 5

For Express Delivery:

Although delivery companies promise delivery of 3 to 5 working days, it tends to be a little longer during the Xmas period.

Our involvement in the shipment:

When your order is confirmed, R4DSi.co.uk ship your order the same day or the next business day(depending on what time you place your order).

Once your package reaches the delivery company, unfortunately there is nothing we can do to speed up the process. Postal delays are completely independent of us. The only advice we can give is that you place your order early enough to be sure to get it in time! We are sorry to inform you that any claim, like “the parcel didn’t arrive in time for Xmas" will not be accepted and handled.
